I’m not your typical therapist—I won’t woo you, whip out crystals, or try to interpret your dreams. I’m here to offer support tailored exactly to what’s going on with you. We’ll move at your speed, using real-life strategies to tackle anxiety, ease depression, and help you feel happier and more balanced.

My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space to enable healing and decrease suffering. While I welcome clients age 18 and up, I mostly see young adults in their 20's and early 30's who are experiencing anxiety, stress, or depression.

I incorporate elements of mindfulness into my practice to help you uncover the thought patterns keeping you stuck. I also bring in other evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
